Terms of Service

Career & Financial Pathways LLC, d/b/a Career Prism Network℠

Last Updated: June 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Career Prism Network℠ website (the “Site”), operated by Career & Financial Pathways LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), or by engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

Career Prism Network℠ provides career design coaching services using the proprietary Career Prism Method℠, a structured, four-phase framework — Discover, Explore, Design, and Pivot or Launch — that helps clients identify and pursue a career path aligned with their unique abilities, personality, interests, and values. Services are offered to two primary client groups: adults navigating a career transition (Adaptive Pivot™) and students and their parents exploring academic and career direction (Academic Assurance™).

Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope of work for any individual engagement are set out in a separate signed Client Agreement (and, where applicable, a Parental Consent for Career Coaching Services) executed prior to the start of services. These Terms govern your general use of the Site; your signed agreement governs the specific coaching engagement.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Career coaching is a developmental and exploratory process. While we are committed to providing high-quality guidance, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to admission to any institution, employment offers, salary outcomes, or career changes. Results depend significantly on each client's individual engagement, effort, and follow-through.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Our coaching services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or certified financial, legal, or tax advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or, in the United States, dial or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

5. Services for Minors

Some of our services (Academic Assurance™) are provided to clients under 18. Before any coaching services are provided to a minor, we require a signed Parental Consent for Career Coaching Services from the minor's parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is considered the “Client” for purposes of financial responsibility for any engagement involving a minor.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our coaching packages are described on our pricing page and are set out in detail in the signed Client Agreement applicable to your engagement. Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement, fees are due prior to the start of the applicable phase of service and are non-refundable once an assessment or coaching process has begun. We reserve the right to update our published pricing at any time; pricing in an executed Client Agreement remains fixed for the duration of that engagement.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

As described in our Privacy Policy, we may use secure, third-party artificial intelligence platforms to help synthesize assessment results and generate draft career guidance materials. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and curated by your coach before being shared with you. Use of AI tools in connection with assessment data requires your prior written consent, which is obtained as part of the signed Client Agreement.
