Step 1: Discover (Measuring Your Traits)
We start by gathering objective data using trusted assessment tools, including the Highlands Ability Battery — the gold standard for career planning and design. From there, we measure your G.E.M.S. to establish your baseline — the four distinct traits that make up your unique profile:
The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is a world-class, research-backed assessment that measures your natural, fixed abilities — the hardwired traits that determine what tasks feel effortless and where you are most likely to thrive. Unlike other assessments that can shift over time, the HAB identifies the unchanging cognitive traits that help you solve problems, approach opportunities, and interact with others. These traits form the Genius (G) and Energy (E) foundation of your G.E.M.S. Profile — giving you objective data, no feelings or opinions, to build your Career Design BlueprintTM on.
G.E.M.S.
G – GENIUS:
Your natural capacity for solving problems — the things you simply do well, and the ways you naturally create value for an employer or a team.
E – ENERGY:
Your way of energizing yourself, communicating and interacting with others, and your preferred working environments and projects.
M – MOTIVES:
Your core values and non-negotiables. If a job goes against your Motives, you'll feel it — disengaged and just going through the motions.
S – SPARKS:
What gets you out of bed in the morning and excited to start the day — tested against whether the market actually wants and pays for it.

Once we understand your profile, we map it against the real world. Instead of throwing darts at a list of random college majors or job titles, we introduce you to The Career Spectrum™.
We identify the specific fields, roles, and environments where your natural traits are most in demand.
We eliminate the options that would force you to work against your internal wiring.

Step 3: Design (Creating Your Future)
This is where research becomes a plan. Using what you uncovered while exploring your Career Spectrum, we help you design a clear path forward — one you're confident in because it's grounded in real insight, not guesswork.
